Shipping policy
The total time to ship your order is a combination of Lumia Lighting's processing time and the postal services shipment times.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note that order processing times may vary based on volume or staffing. Also, shipping delays may occur due to postal service problems that are outside of Lumia Lighting's control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer a simple $9.99 flat rate standard shipping within Canada for orders under $150. Orders over $150 ship free within Canada. Expedited and other shipping options are often available and will be calculated at checkout if chosen.
Local pickup
Local pickup may be available for your order. If you would like to enable local pickup for your account please contact us at 1-877-737-2004.
International Shipping
At this time we are only offering shipping to Canada.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@lumialighting.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
